* Presidential Fellow
One of the reasons I chose Bucknell was for the opportunity to do research, which I got through the Presidential Fellowship Scholarship! When the time came to choose my project, I was immediately drawn to Dr. Del Testa’s history research on a study-abroad Holocaust course he was developing. Over the past year I have learned about Holocaust sites all over Europe, as well as started an individual project where I will evaluate existing Holocaust education websites. With this research, I am preparing a poster and paper to present at a conference in Graz, Austria, with other history presidential fellows. This research opportunity helped me find my passion in history, which will end up being my major. Not only has this history research helped me academically, but it has also helped me find my passion in the history field!
